Experience Overview
There are an abundance of black bears in southern Oregon which typically forage in clear cuts and meadows. The bears are most active early in the morning and in the evenings as it gets cooler in the day. The most successful method for hunting black bears is to strategically glass from vantage points. Fall tags are over the counter. You can get up to 2 tags per person. 75% plus success rates on our bear hunts. - Fall Black Bear Season: August 1 - December 31
